Died: January 21, 1932, at the Coun­ty Farm near San Ra­fa­el, Cal­i­for­nia.

Annie bec­ame a school teach­er when Gos­pel songs were be­com­ing pop­u­lar in evan­gel­is­tic ser­vic­es in the 19th Cen­tu­ry, and wrote sev­er­al songs. Hav­ing mar­ried a Mr. Bark­er, she and her hus­band moved to Mon­ta­na with the pi­o­neers. In 1888, they moved to San Ra­fa­el, Cal­i­for­nia, where she lived the rest of her life.
