Son of James Cor­ry Low­ry, Q. C., of Rock­dale, Dun­can­non, Ire­land, Somerset was ed­u­cat­ed at Rep­ton School and Trin­i­ty Hall, Cam­bridge (BA 1877, MA 1880). Or­dained a deacon in 1879 and priest in 1880, he served as Cur­ate of Don­cas­ter; Vi­car of North Holm­wood, Sur­rey (1891); Curate of St. Au­gus­tin’s, Bourne­mouth (1900); Rector of Wonston (1911); and Vicar of St. Bartholomew, Southsea (1914-19). Upon re­tire­ment, he moved to Bourne­mouth. His works in­clude:
